Your data

Privacy policy

At YourQuantix, respecting your privacy is part of how seriously we work. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.

What data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily submit through our forms: your name, the name of your business, your email address, your phone number, and the information you share with us about your project. Apart from these forms, the only data collected is the audience measurement described below — and only if you have accepted it.

Why we use it

Your data is used solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal or a preview, and get back to you about it. It serves no other purpose.

What we never do

We never sell, rent or hand over your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and follow our relationship. You may request its deletion at any time.

Your rights

In accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may access your data, have it corrected, request its deletion or object to its use. To do so, write to us at info@yourquantix.com.

Hosting and forms

The website and its forms are hosted by Netlify, which stores submitted data securely for our sole use. Enquiries received may be tracked in our internal client-relationship tool. The content of your message is never passed on for advertising purposes; only the fact that a form was submitted may be, under the conditions described below.

Audience measurement and advertising

This website uses three measurement tools. None of them loads until you have clicked “Accept” in the banner shown at the bottom of the page:

When you submit a form, a signal indicating that an enquiry was made is sent to Google and to Meta, together with the originating page, the language and campaign parameters. The values you enter — name, email, phone, message — are never included in that signal.

These tools may transfer data outside Switzerland and the European Union, in particular to the United States, on the basis of their providers' contractual safeguards.

The legal basis for this measurement is your consent. You can decline by selecting “Decline”, or change your choice at any time with the consent button at the bottom of the page. Declining prevents neither browsing the site nor sending the form.

Cookies

Until you accept, no measurement or advertising cookie is set. Your choice itself is kept in your browser (local storage, key yq_measurement_consent) so that you are not asked again on every page. If you accept, the three tools above set their own cookies and session identifiers, including for advertising purposes in the case of the Meta Pixel.
